The technical feature of our company's product is to separate the refrigerant cycle and natural gas liquefaction process into independent refrigeration cycles. The refrigerant in the refrigeration cycle is often composed of N2, CH4, C2H4, C3H8, C4H10, and C5H12. These components can all be extracted from natural gas. In the liquefaction process, natural gas flows through four heat exchangers in sequence, and the temperature gradually decreases. Most of it is liquefied, and finally throttled and stored at atmospheric pressure. The gas produced by flash evaporation separation can be directly utilized or returned to the natural gas inlet for liquefaction.
Application scenarios:
Suitable for liquefaction of coalbed methane, pipeline natural gas, oilfield associated gas, mine gas, biogas, coke oven gas, etc.
Due to the convenience of overall relocation of the device, it is particularly suitable for gas field mining areas with large mining areas and scattered wellheads.

Devices, valves, instruments, electrical components, etc. are assembled together on a steel structure base. This pry block can be manufactured, assembled, pre debugged in the factory, and then transported to the site for installation and debugging before being put into production.

Pry block 1, including buffer tank, filter, flow meter, pressure control valve. Raw material gas compressor unit: compressor, inter stage and post stage coolers, separation tank, lubricating oil system.
Pry block 2, refrigeration compressor: compressor, inter stage and post stage coolers, separation tank, lubricating oil system, refrigerant tank and supply system, circulating water system.
Pry block 3, purification system: absorption tower, amine tank, amine pump, cooler. Molecular sieve drying: dryer, electric heater, water cooler, separation tank.
Pry block 4, cold box, refrigerant tank and supply system.
